Shipping Guide

Handling Fees: JNashe’ charges NO handling fee for Customer Pickup orders placed through text messages. All online orders are exempt from the handling charge. 


Local Customer Pickup: JNashe offers local customer pickup orders upon request ONLY. Clients must ensure time availability with JNashe. Once a time is agreed upon, please ensure you’re on time for pick up. If you’re running late due to unforseen circumstances, please kindly advise by contacting us. If you’re running late without notice or you do not pick your order up, as a courtesy, we will hold the order for an additional 3 business days. If no update is made after the 3rd business day, we will assume you no longer want the items and will discard of them. 


Shipping Errors: Additional delivery charges due to customer error (i.e. wrong address or zip code) or change will be billed directly to the customer. 

Tracking: Clients must provide a valid e-mail address when ordering. Once the order is placed, we will send out an email confirmation for your review. After the order is shipped, we will use this email to send you a tracking number. The email will also assist us in contacting you should a problem arise with your order. We use USPS for all shipping. 


International Shipping is currently not available.

Javiah, herself is recognized for her unique artistic process, creativity and will help assist with your inquiries. Should you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us. 

Processing Time: Processing time depends on the order. We aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow up to 3-10 business days for processing large quantity orders. An email will be sent to inform you of processing and shipping times. 


Shipping: 1-3 business days. 


Shipping fee: Standard 


Acceptable Payment: Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle are acceptable methods of payment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 


Due to the nature of our products being customized and personalized, we don’t  accept returns or exchanges. Please feel free to contact me should you have any problems with your order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours of order submission. Please be advised that all orders are carefully packaged and secured prior to shipping. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact your local postal service as JNashe’ cannot be responsible for items once they are in the postal system.
